I made this card to give to a 2 year old girl who just turned into a big sister! The stamps are by PTI. 
Here is the close up of the charm made using shrink plastic.

What a super cute card. Hey, I was reading your profile and weird. I have a friend Shelly that lives in Hutch (it isn't you but weird ha?) maybe you know her? LOL Shelly Fabel. Well she got married and has another last name but for the life of me I can't remember what it is. We worked together in Bloomington for years. Anyway, I just wanted to stop by and say hi.
